Medical Associates is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team!
 
Position Summary:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to become part of our TSOH and MA Therapy Services teams.  This will involve providing expert rehabilitative care for work-related injuries and performing pre-employment testing, among other functions, as well as working with our Orthopedic and Sports Medicine team to provide rehabilitation services for the general population.  The role will be roughly an even split between TSOH and MAC, working from one location which is our main campus in Dubuque.
 
TSOH is a joint venture between Medical Associates Clinic and Mercy Medical Center that provides Occupational Health services to the Tri-State area.  The TSOH provider team includes a Physician, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Physical Therapist and Physical Therapy Assistant.  This team operates on the Musculoskeletal floor of Medical Associates Clinic along with our Physical and Occupational Therapy, Orthopedics, Physical Medicine and Podiatry Departments, allowing for excellent collaboration in the delivery of outstanding patient care.
 
Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 days/week with full benefits.  Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7:30-5:00, Tuesday/Thursday 7:30-1:00.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Industrial Rehabilitation: As part of the TSOH team, evaluate patients with work-related injuries and develop rehabilitation programs for recovery.  Design customized treatment plans that mimic specific job demands, such as lifting, climbing, and repetitive tasks.  Develop/implement work hardening/work conditioning programs. 
  • Specialized Evaluations: Perform post-offer testing- Work Capacity Evaluations (WCE), Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE), and Job Site Analyses/Ergonomic Assessments to objectively measure job readiness.
  • Employer Services: Conduct onsite ergonomic risk assessments, job analyses, and injury prevention training to mitigate workplace hazards.
  • Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Rehabilitation: Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of diagnoses from providers throughout our multi-specialty clinic as well as through direct access to PT from our community.

Electronic Logs Coordinator

Hirschbach is currently adding an Electronic Logs Coordinator to our Safety team!

Electronic logbooks are how our drivers provide accurate records for vehicle operating data and driver activity. The transportation industry was regulated to transition to Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) to ensure Hours of Service (HOS) data is logged correctly versus using a paper logbook. 

Hirschbach created a team of Electronic Logs Specialist to assist our team of drivers to provide guidance and assistance for any HOS needs. Our ideal candidate would have great customer service skills and a passion for helping others! 

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 7am-4pm

What you will do!

  • Make adjustments to drivers’ electronic logs/hours of service.
  • Work with drivers on the use of the Geotab device.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and other office employees.
  • Comply with legal regulations regarding hours of service.
  • Assist in training drivers on time management.
  • Assist in managing phone calls within a call queue.
  • Other duties involved with Safety Compliance, including; 
    • Coordinates and monitors numerous systems to ensure all employees are compliant with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
    • Coordinates and monitors to ensure compliance with federal drug and alcohol testing. 
    • Monitor to ensure current CDLs and physicals.

Regional Buyer

As a Regional Buyer at Crescent Electric, you will be responsible for the inventory planning, maintenance, and procurement activities within assigned locations.   • Negotiate price, quality, service, payment terms, and returns of inactive material.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience with Eclipse ERP is preferred.

Physical Demands:

  • Occasionally standing and walking. Most of the time sitting, use of hands/fingers, talking/hearing. Often reaching with hands/arms.
