Assistant Offensive Football Coach/Summer Camp Coordinator
The division of Athletics and Recreation is seeking an Assistant Offensive Football Coach/Summer Camp Coordinator. As an offensive football coach (wide receivers or tight ends or running back) at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, you will guide your program in accordance with values of:

Fundraising and Revenue Generation

- Annually be ranked amongst the NCAA DIII Top 25

Recruiting
- Create and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top level, Division III prospects including setting up campus visits, assisting student-athletes with the application process, and implementation of campus resources. Work in partnership with the offices of recruitment, admissions, and residence life.
Administration
- Lead the team to prepare and conduct of all team-related activities including skill instruction, sport strategy/game planning and coordination of schedule, competitive opportunities.
- Support administrative functions of the program such as budget, scheduling, travel arrangements in partnership with the administrative team.
- Support the development and retention of full time, part time and volunteer staff.
- Actively participate in division wide meetings and Head Coaches meetings.
- Assist with departmental needs and additional duties as requested by the Director of Athletics and Recreation.
Compliance
- As a staff member within the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, you are responsible for knowledge of and compliance with National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) and Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletics Association (WIAC) regulations, both those general in nature and those which apply directly to the program.
- Strict adherence to all applicable governing policies, procedures, and regulations of the NCAA is required.
- Responsible for the development, safety and conduct of the team.
- Work in partnership with the Assistant AD for Compliance to ensure complete eligibility and progress toward degree requirements
- Maintain accurate roster management via the Front Rush software system.
- Complete all mandatory trainings in a timely manner.
The Assistant Football Coach has a salary of $33,000, This position is a full-time, benefit- and paid leave-eligible position.

- Minimum one (1) year football coaching experience on the collegiate level

Executive Director of the UW-Platteville Foundation and Alumni Association
The Executive Director of the UW-Platteville Foundation and Alumni Association (UWPFAA) serves as the chief advancement officer for the university, reporting directly to the Chancellor. This leader is responsible for building and sustaining philanthropic capacity to support the university’s mission, serving as a trusted partner to the Chancellor and Cabinet, ensuring strategic alignment between the UWPFAA board and the institution, and executing the capital campaign currently underway.
This is a benefit and paid leave eligible position, with a salary range of $120,000 – 130,000 commensurate with education and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a multi-faceted, metrics-informed advancement operation including major and planned gifts, alumni relations, special events, annual giving, corporate and foundation relations, prospect research and donor relations
- Devote at least 50% of time to managing and cultivating a portfolio of major donors; university leadership and volunteers in soliciting charitable contributions from key alumni, friends, corporations and foundations
- Formulate policies and procedures for UW-Platteville and collaborate closely with the
Foundation and Alumni Association to effectively implement Board policies and decisions
- Oversee corporate relations gifts to support the University’s mission in coordination with all campus stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university OR 10 years’ relative work experience
- Five to seven years of relationship-driven development, advancement, and fundraising experience with increasing levels of results and progressive responsibility in higher education, philanthropic, or other related entities.
- Exemplary communication skills and ability to communicate in both written and verbal forums with large stakeholder groups

In A Typical Work Day You Will…
- Provide 1st level customer support via phone, on-line Chat and other social media tools to receive and enter customer orders.

K-12 Graphic Design Internship
Kendall Hunt Publishing is seeking a senior year college student majoring in Graphic Design/Marketing for an internship within our K-12 division, supporting both K-12 education and Catholic religious education audiences. As a Publishing Solutions Representative, you will oversee the adoption of textbooks across disciplines such as First-Year Experience, Science, Hospitality, Sport Management, and more. Each week, you’ll receive a steady stream of qualified leads generated by our marketing team, minimizing the need for cold calling. Once you receive a lead, you’ll provide the interested professor with a review copy of the textbook and follow up to address any questions.

Seasonal Embroidery Technician
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARENΓÇÖT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING):
- Reads invoices/work orders to determine type and location of embroidery
- Selects needle, thread, and thread color and threads it through machine guides and bobbin and adjusts and regulates machine settings
- Attaches hoops to the garments and places them on the correct embroidery machine and removes them when embroidery is complete
- Manages the quality control of production by ensuring that all apparel is quality checked and products are verified before packing
- Repairs defective embroidery or fills in blanks left by embroidery machine
- Cleans, trims, and folds garments
- Bags or packages orders and contacts customers upon completion
- Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Decorate designs on clothing and hats
