RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Provide quality service to members, potential members and coworkers.

·      Demonstrate teamwork and professionalism in all interactions with coworkers.

·      Promote a professional image of the credit union at all times.

·      Provide assistance with Dupaco ACH including set up, balancing, and trouble shooting.

·      Provide assistance with Network Deposit including set up, balancing, check review and trouble shooting.

·      Provide assistance with Positive Pay including set up, processing and trouble shooting.

·      Perform and monitor annual reviews for Dupaco ACH and Network Deposit users.

·      Onboard and train all new users of Positive Pay, Dupaco ACH and Network Deposit

·      Work with vendors in resolving business service product difficulties or complications

·      Work cross functionally with other areas of the credit union relative to Business Services

·      Assist members with Direct Deposit, ACH, and Share Draft related questions

·      Support all membership calls and emails, branch service requests, and employee questions

·      Process daily duties including NSF items, stop payments, error resolution, reports, and working to resolve member account issues

·      Process the closure of member share draft accounts and share savings accounts

·      Assist members with Share Draft accounts including the Overdraft Privilege Program, collection of negative Share Draft accounts, and account closures

·      Process Fresh Start Repayment plans for qualifying members

·      Perform necessary maintenance of checking accounts

·      Provide assistance with Dupaco’s Bill Pay Service including but not limited to assisting members, research, and balancing

·      Serve as a back up to Deposit Operations as needed

·      Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

·      High school diploma or equivalent (ex. GED)  

·      2+ years deposit operations or other financial related experience, preferred

·      Knowledge of Dupaco credit union policies, procedures and regulations; products and services

·      Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

·      Thorough knowledge of related software, must be adaptable to new technology and be able to operate office equipment 

·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to represent the financial institution in a positive and professional way when dealing with membership, vendors, other financial institutions and other staff members.

·      Must be able to prioritize while working on multiple projects at one time and multi task

·      Ability, availability and willingness to work flexible/additional hours as demanded by the work load

Service Technician

Prairie Farms Dairy in Dubuque, Iowa is seeking semi delivery drivers. The successful candidate will conduct a pre-trip inspection of semi truck/trailer combination.

Hours: Scheduled hours are defined and follow a consistent schedule that may include weekend and/or holidays.
