Responsibilities

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the cardiac services team.

Oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor quality and performance indicators, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Foster a collaborative and professional environment that promotes staff engagement and development.

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and service efficiency.
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Must obtain BSN within 3 years of starting role) or Graduate of an accredited radiologic science program that is recognized by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
Certification/License:
- Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa or ARRT / permit to practice licensure in the State of Iowa or compact state
- Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within 3 months from date of hire
- Must possess and maintain current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification or within 1 year from date of hire
