Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech Pathology/Communicative Disorders by an accredited program required.
  • No experience required but completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
  • Active speech-language pathology license in the state of Wisconsin required.
  • Must be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Work Hours

We are seeking a part-time (30 hours/week) Speech Therapist to work Monday-Friday in the Nursing Home/Outpatient setting.

Job Summary

Provides direct patient care to outpatient and Nursing Home patients through the use of evaluation methods and treatment strategies to improve verbal expression, auditory comprehension, reading comprehension, written expression, cognition, swallowing/feeding, and for providing education and counseling pertaining to the patient’s deficits.
