What You Will Do at MedOne:

  • Member Advocates are the primary source of information for members, pharmacies, and physicians via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide information and resolve member, pharmacy, and physician inquiries. Research and resolve claim processing and eligibility issues
  • Serve as an intermediary between healthcare organizations and members in facilitating patient care
  • Compile and record information and correspondence related to member needs or requirements
  • Document engagement outcomes and steps taken with clarity and concision
  • Think quickly on one’s feet while navigating multiple systems to effectively engage with members
  • Work collaboratively and cooperatively with other departments to resolve issues and improve the member, physician, and pharmacy experience
  • Effectively work through difficult conversations with members while maintaining composure, showing empathy, and displaying active listening skills

What you will bring to MedOne:

  • An active CPhT (Pharmacy Tech Certification) is highly encouraged but not required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Willingness to obtain certification as a pharmacy technician within one year of hire.
  • Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including rotating Saturdays and evening shifts
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Spanish speaking abilities are highly valued for this role.

Sales Intern

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The sales intern is responsible for assisting the sales, customer experience, and product teams to provide relevant and impactful experiences for our retail partners. Qualified candidates will have a strong understanding of digital and social media marketing and leverage strong communication skills to provide quality and impactful collateral to support field sales, e-commerce, and retail partners. The Sales Intern will learn the strategy in all stages of the pursuit, from the ground up.

Key deliverables at the end of this internship are: A demonstrated understanding of the critical role that sales plays in the goals and objectives of a business. And, a strong understanding of the business including a working knowledge of the cross functional partners involved in bringing a product to market.

  • Collaborating with customer experience, retail development, product and content teams on daily tasks to help with priority projects and initiatives.

Higher Education Sales Consultant

Paradigm Education Solutions is seeking a motivated and committed Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying opportunities, closing smaller deals, handing off larger opportunities to the Business Development team, and providing post-adoption customer support. Job Description

Assist in maintaining and supervising slot floor operations, coverage of breaks, help cover busy sections, and resolve minor customer disputes. Monitor Slot floor activity to ensure protection of company funds. Oversee employees to ensure that the safety, integrity, security and Company and regulatory policies/procedures are upheld.

  • Serve as a leader, assisting with training and coaching.
  • Develop, apply, and maintain a friendly and courteous rapport with customers and employees.
  • Perform minor machine maintenance, such as lock and unlock machine doors, clearing jams, replenishing paper, and resetting machines.
  • Complete written department forms to document cash transactions, jackpot payouts, etc. in an accurate, legible manner.
  • Carry and effectively communicate by two-way radio.

  • Maintain secure key controls at all times.

Qualifications

  • Six (6) months of experience in the same or similar position preferred.
  • Must be knowledgeable about applicable gaming regulations and company policies.
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Production Worker

Prairie Farms Dairy is looking for general plant labor, machine operators and warehouse/shipping operators. Successful candidate will be able to to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis as well as pass drug screen and background check. Previous dairy plant or food plant experience is a plus but not required.  Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent.  Must be able to read and write English and perform basic math calculations.

Positions cover Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week. Opening is for 2nd shift. 

Depending on the position:

  • You may need to work in cold temperatures the entire shift.
  • You will be walking or standing the entire shift
  • Most include lifting or dragging heavy product for some distance
