Medical Associates is looking to hire a Summer Temp Lab Assistant/Data Entry to join our Laboratory team! This position will provide assistance to staff and management to ensure efficient processes and quality reporting.

Schedule: The phlebotomy department covers hours Monday -Friday ranging from 6:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday rotation of 7am -5pm and/or Sunday rotation of 8am-5pm.
 
Location: Shifts will rotate being scheduled at the East and West Campus Lab departments. 

The Role:

  • Compile, verify, and enter lab result data into corresponding systems. 
  • Provide as-needed coverage at our reception desk
  • Compile and organize data, results, and reports needed for internal and external department use.  This may include but not limited to processing/filing data or paperwork, verifying information and organizing and preparing materials for team members or supervisors to review.
  • Creating spreadsheets, documents, and/or databases.  Developing/revising forms
  • Organize data storage areas, both electronic and physical.
  • Complete all other assigned projects and duties.
Knowledge and Skills:
 
Experience: From three months to one year of similar or related experience. On-the-job training provided!
 
Education: Equivalent to a high school diploma or GED.
 
Interpersonal Skills: Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information that may require some discussion.

Physical Aspects:

Stooping – Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires full use of the lower extremities and back muscles.

Commissary Delivery Driver and Merchendiser

Fresh, Fast, and Fun is the future of food here at Kwik Stop. We are hiring a Part time Delivery Driver and Merchandiser to deliver all items produced in the commissary to our 11 convenience stores. Sourcing Coordinator

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES – to include, but not limited to the following:

  • Supports the sourcing team in executing OEM sourcing strategies for finished goods, components, and materials for all sourced products.
  • Coordinate new supplier onboarding activities, including documentation, audits, sample tracking, compliance requirements, and internal approvals
  • Manage day-to-day communication with OEM suppliers and Asia partners to support product development timelines, pricing updates, sampling, and production readiness
  • Assist with cost analysis, cost breakdowns, and cost engineering initiatives to support cost reduction and margin improvement efforts
  • Track supplier performance metrics, maintain scorecards, and support follow-up actions related to quality, delivery, compliance, and corrective actions
  • Support product compliance activities, including safety testing, strength testing, traceability documentation, and customer-specific requirements
  • Help standardize product dimensions, configurations, and specifications by organizing data, maintaining libraries, and supporting product development teams
  • Monitor supplier capacity, lead times, and risk indicators; escalate issues and support development of contingency and backup sourcing plans

General Dentist – Pediatric Focus

Crescent Community Health Center is seeking a full-time General Dentist with a pediatric focus, as we expand our pediatric dentistry services through a brand-new state of the art pediatric clinic.

Patient Financial Counselor

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in office setting with experience answering multi-line phone preferred
  • Previous medical billing experience, including knowledge of hospital and professional claim forms preferred
  • Previous experience with health insurance, collection techniques, or patient registration preferred
  • Good understanding of medical terminology preferred. Basic data entry skills required as well as proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel with ability to create daily and monthly logs, summary reports, simple formulas and design of worksheets.

Work Hours

We are seeking a full-time (40 hour/ week) Patient Financial Counselor to work Monday- Friday in our hospital and business office.

Job Summary

The Patient Financial Counselor helps patients understand their medical bills and payment options. They work within Epic (our billing system) to respond to any billing questions from patients. If a patient has concerns, they can also meet with them in person to provide assistance.

The counselor works closely with the Insurance Billing team to resolve any billing issues that come up. In addition to explaining payment plans and financial assistance programs, the counselor actively assists patients in applying for financial assistance, including contacting Medicaid or other programs on their behalf when needed.

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one to two years’ food preparation experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Experience with standard kitchen equipment including steamers, steam table, robot coupe, ovens, dish machines, slicers, etc. required
  • Food prep experience including main dishes, side dishes, salads, desserts, and special function foods required

Work Hours

We are seeking a full-time (36 hour/ week) Cook to work Monday- Friday, 6:15 AM- 2:45 PM. Includes every third weekend and holiday.

Job Summary

The Cook prepares food for the residents, patients, guests and employees.  Oversees other food service workers and prepares appropriate food (therapeutic and texture modified) for each patient or resident.  Responsible to open the department and/or close the department in the absence of the Lead Cook and follows appropriate sanitation and safety procedures.
