Speech-Language Pathologist Job Description:

  • Evaluates and treats speech therapy patients under physician’ orders.
  • Completes necessary documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge notes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborates with other members of the rehabilitation team.
  • Trains individuals in skills and techniques required for participation in activities of daily living and evaluates individual’ functional progress.
  • Encourages positive relationships among the health care team, patient, and family.
  • This position will primarily provide services to pediatric patients with occasional opportunity for adult care.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech Therapy
  • Current Speech Language Pathology licensure

The Maintenance Manager will oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage the maintenance team, and partner with operations leadership to support equipment reliability and minimize production downtime. This position plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the maintenance team, including hiring, training, performance development, and succession planning.
  • Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Prioritize and coordinate critical equipment repairs across the facility.
  • Work closely with the Plant Manager and operations leadership to support production goals.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with subcontractors and external service providers.
  • Partner with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) personnel to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop, implement, and improve maintenance procedures, work instructions, and documentation.
  • Track and report maintenance performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the maintenance department budget in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and support procurement to ensure appropriate spare parts inventory levels.
  • Establish and support maintenance coverage across multiple shifts as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Certificate in Maintenance Management, or equivalent maintenance leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or operations environments.
  • Experience managing departmental budgets and maintenance resources.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems and practices.
  • Experience working with industrial electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking systems.
