Responsibilities:
- Assures medications and treatments are administered to assigned residents.
- Assesses plans, implements and coordinates a plan of care for residents.
- Directs and assists with resident, family/significant other educations.
- Assures physicians’ orders are processed and physicians notified in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Active Iowa Nursing License.
- Active CPR Certification.
Nurse (RN or LPN) for Assisted Living
Openings:
20 – 24 hours per week
Shift available for discussion; ideal would be: 2pm – 6pm or 3pm – 7pm

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precision and quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication challenges independently
- Safely operate a variety of hand and shop tools
- Collaborate with a team to meet production schedules and quality standards
- Handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of welding experience (industrial or tank fabrication preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team
- Dependable work history with solid references

Mechanic Assemblers – First Shift!

We’re looking for Mechanic Assemblers who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in precision, and want to be part of a skilled, team-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with mounting vacuum tank bodies onto truck chassis
- Use and care for a wide range of hand and shop tools
- Work closely with teammates to meet production and quality goals
- Perform physically active work including lifting, reaching, kneeling, walking, and standing
- Approach projects with a problem-solving, can-do mindset
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate, quality assemblies
- Regularly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs
- Complete a pre-employment physical and drug screen
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience with truck equipment preferred
- Mechanical aptitude with a strong desire to learn
- Knowledge of truck body equipment, hydraulics, or electrical systems is a plus
- Experience with heavy-duty truck or agricultural equipment highly desired
- MIG & TIG welding experience is a bonus but not necessary
- Reliable work history and strong work ethic

Administrative Service Coordinator
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented coordinator to join our team! This role is perfect for someone with administrative or office support experience who enjoys scheduling, communication, and keeping projects on track. No IT background required – we’ll train you on the technical systems you’ll use.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming service requests and schedule work for the team
- Track and update work orders to keep projects accurate and on time
- Monitor supplies and assist with ordering
- Keep customers informed on service progress and timelines
- Support the service team with administrative and coordination tasks
EXPERIENCE:

- Strong administrative/office support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
