- Safe Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, reach trucks, overhead cranes, and other types of industrial equipment to move materials within the warehouse or production area. Ensure the safe and efficient handling of materials following all safety guidelines and protocols. Conduct pre-operational equipment checks to ensure proper functionality and report any issues promptly.
- Material Handling: Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and storage areas, ensuring proper stacking and securing of products. Transport materials to designated storage areas or production lines as required. Verify the accuracy of shipments and receipts, reporting any discrepancies.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by documenting material movements and updating the inventory management system. What You’ll Do:
- Accurately process a variety of transactions for members including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments and assist members in the lobby.
- Assist and educate members with Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) as needed.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of the day.
- Open member accounts, including checking, savings, and certificates of deposit (CDs) and offering full -family membership to new and existing members.
- Accurately close member accounts.
- Responsible for assisting members through a Visa application by communicating approval/denial and process balance transfers.
- Perform account maintenance tasks such as updating personal information and managing account inquiries.
- Educate members on features, benefits, and fees of the credit union and Dupaco products and services.
- Cross Sell Dupaco Products and services by engaging, identifying, and advocating for digital services by highlighting benefits, addressing potential concerns, and demonstrating how they can enhance the member’s experience to support the branch and organizational goals.
- Proactive outreach and outbound calls to members as assigned.
- Perform Money Makeovers and Credit History Lessons and identify opportunities to deepen the relationship with the member by offering products and services.
- Identify and refer potential leads for specialized services, such as Mortgage Loans, Business Loans, Business Services, Dupaco Insurance Services, Dupaco Financial Services, etc.
- Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling equipment and machines, including balancing, servicing, and reconciling.

POSITION PURPOSE:
Responsible for performing all processes related to Home Medical Equipment (HME) referrals including obtaining all necessary patient and prescription information, verification of insurance benefits, ensuring receipt of required documentation, entry of patient information and order information into the Brightree system, communication of delivery/pickup arrangements and financial responsibility, as well as, other general office duties as assigned. Responds to HME customer inquiries/concerns and performs research and follow-up in a timely, professional manner.

- Researches and responds to questions/concerns from customers and/or referral sources related to HME equipment.
- Assists MercyOne Dubuque Home Medical Equipment management to meet targeted operational benchmarks and quality indicators.
- Participates in orienting, educating, and mentoring staff as necessary and requested.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
