We are seeking a compassionate clinical professional to join our team. This position is open to Certified Medical Assistants (CMA), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), or Registered Nurses (RN). Responsibilities

Accurately performs diagnostic exams of patients using a holistic approach in accordance with quality control regulations in a professional and courteous manner. Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative.

Job Summary
The Fabricator / Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and backing up multiple fabrication and machine tools to produce parts/components per engineering specifications. This position requires reading blueprints, setting up and running various equipment, ensuring quality, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Cross-training across different machines and possibly supporting paint line operations may be required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate, set up, and monitor machines in the fabrication department. This includes bending, cutting, sawing, plasma cutting, and other relevant fabrication equipment.
  • Read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings / blueprints to determine dimensions, tolerances, material types, and fabrication steps.
  • Perform quality checks on workpieces, detect defects or deviations, and make or report required adjustments.
  • Maintain documentation of work performed (job tickets, time, quality defects, etc.).
  • Perform minor machine maintenance (e.g. oiling, cleaning, replacing simple components) to keep machines in good working order.

Trainer-3rd shift

As the Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to ensure that our warehouse employees perform their duties efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of warehouse operations, be an effective communicator, and have a passion for employee development.

What You’ll Do
  • New Employee Orientation: Conduct comprehensive onboarding training for new warehouse employees to introduce them to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions using various methods, such as hands-on training, classroom instruction, and digital tools.
  • Skills Assessment: Assess the skills and performance of warehouse employees to identify areas for improvement and development.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that all training content emphasizes safety regulations and compliance, and that employees are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of training sessions, employee progress, and certification records.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of industry best practices and evolving warehouse technologies to continually improve and update training materials.
  • Feedback and Evaluation: Collect feedback from trainees and supervisor to make necessary adjustments to training programs.
  • Shift Flexibility: Be available and adaptable to accommodate training needs across all shifts, including weekends if necessary.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, the Trainer must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill and ability required.

Education/Experience: 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations and training.
  • Proven knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups and tailor training to different learning styles.
  • Attentive to details with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Certification in forklift operation and other relevant equipment.
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools a plus.
