The Marketing Analyst at Dupaco plays a key role in supporting strategic growth by turning data into actionable insights. This role is responsible for analyzing member behavior, product performance, competitive trends, and marketing campaign results to help the credit union strengthen member relationships and achieve business goals. What you’ll be doing:

  • Measuring and reporting on marketing effectiveness, conducting segmentation and market analysis, forecasting product opportunities, evaluating member journeys, and supporting regulatory-compliant marketing communications 
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate complex end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. 
  • Ensure marketing resources are used effectively and contribute to long-term strategic planning by identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities within the membership base and local communities. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, cross-functional teams, and vendors to achieve objectives. 
  • Coordinate, direct and manage concurrent tasks and projects (with moderate risk and resource requirements) from concept to completion and prioritize appropriately. 
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance policies and procedures.  
  • Serve as a resource for questions within the Marketing team.
  • Provide quality service to members, potential members, and coworkers. 
  • Demonstrate teamwork and professionalism in all interactions with coworkers. 
  • Promote a professional image of the credit union at all times. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. 
  • Master’s degree or coursework in analytics preferred, data visualization, or financial services marketing2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, financial marketing, or related roles. 
  • Experience working in a credit union, bank, or other regulated financial institution is a plus. 
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing customer/member data, product performance, or campaign metrics 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail. 

Line Unloader – Day Shift

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Verifies that the machine is setup properly. Reviews production schedule.

Brings full retort basket into the Unloader for unloading.

View finished product, checking for image, odor, color, chunks. Checks to see if it looks good and if it is sticking to the can. Pulls sample product for the lab and supervisors. Identify any hold tags and any change-overs.

Watches for product defects such as dented or leaking product; pull defected product out of the system at the unloader. Looks for product with no codes or illegible codes.

Communicates with the Retort Operator, Tray Packers and supervisors. Ensures baskets cycle to the loader.

Verify that all suction cups are in good operating condition.

Perform weekly sanitation.

Kitchen Operator – Days

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

 Follow the order of the schedule and call for batches from the meat room, as required.

 Weigh all ingredients and record weight before batching.

 Record lot numbers and supplier for each ingredient used.

 Kitchen operator is a final check for Q.C and supervisor- must notify Q.C and supervisor of anything unusual; i.e. batch too thick, too thin, off-color, off odor.

 Follow formula guidelines, which are listed, on each batch sheet.

 Record batching information for each batch made on formula kitchen sheets. These include gravy weight, water level, water temp, tri-blender R.P.M.’s final batch weight, fill temps and additives.

 Clean and sanitize entire kitchen during can size changeovers or when notified by Supervisor.

 Follow rinse procedures for cleaning the emulsifier and tanks 1, 2, & 3.

 Regulate the dropping temperature, as required. Follow batch sheet guidelines or Supervisor instructions.

 Participates as a member of the Team. Participates in ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs, and policies; coordinates work to ensure B.E.S.T practices with all team members. Attends appropriate team meetings. As a member of the Team, fosters strong cohesiveness regarding all major issues; e.g., direction, annual plan, budget, policy changes, etc. Accepts responsibility to quickly identify any areas that lack cohesiveness, bringing them to the attention of the team leader and working with the team in a supportive manner to resolve issues and actively look for ways, and reinforces actions needed, to achieve synergy possible within the larger organization.

 Simmons Operating systems principles and objectives: Is familiar with Simmons’ established operating systems (e.g. quality, security, office environment, company policies); understands the responsibility to maintain familiarity with the systems and this position’s role in support of these systems – including a consideration of the impact of individual actions on the systems and the responsibility to communicate concerns and improvement ideas.

Job Duties:

  • Collect pertinent patient health care data, diagnostic testing, treatments, and review medical records and confer with physician/mid-level providers to ensure patient needs are met. May include general office duties such as obtaining and updating patient demographic and insurance information, accepting payment and co pays, scheduling and coordinating multiple appointment and creating lab orders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience – From three months to one year of similar or related experience.

Education – Equivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study or certification at a business or trade school.

Interpersonal Skills – A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating or influencing others. NP/PA – General Surgery: Outpatient Practice (no OR scrubbing in!)

Description

Medical Associates Clinic, located in Dubuque, Iowa, is seeking an NP or PA to join our well-established, thriving multidisciplinary practice in the General Surgery department – outpatient practice.
Position Overview:
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant provides comprehensive outpatient clinic care in a general surgery clinic (not scrubbing in), collaborating with surgeons and the care team to manage patients across the continuum of care. Responsibilities include conducting pre- and post-operative visits for general surgery and GI procedures, evaluating and managing surgical patients, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and providing patient education. The NP/PA supports efficient clinic operations, ensures continuity of care, and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in an ambulatory setting.
Essential Functions:
  • Conduct outpatient evaluations, including pre- and post-operative visits for general surgery and GI procedures.
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage surgical patients; order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with general surgeons and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
  • Provide patient and family education regarding procedures, post-operative care, recovery expectations, and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and support clinic workflows, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
Work Schedule: Full-time (salaried) with 85% patient contact hours with a schedule of 4.5-5 day workweek.

Qualifications:   
Education:  Equivalent to a college degree and professional certificate or a graduate degree. ARNP or PA licensed.
Experience:  Two to three years of experience as a specialized Surgery provider preferred, but not required.

Medical Associates Clinic is seeking an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Internal Medicine team located in our Dubuque, Iowa location. 

Medical Associates Clinic is a physician owned multi-specialty group practice. Our 200+ providers and 900 health care professionals lead the way in providing quality healthcare in Northeast Iowa, Southwest Wisconsin and Northwest Illinois.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities: 
  • Work within a collaborative physician relationship to provide specialized and advanced direct & indirect care.
  • Provide direct medical care under the direction of supervising physician; including but not limited to: obtaining histories, physical exams, ordering and interpreting appropriate lab and x ray studies, establishing diagnosis, and initiating treatment plan. Provide patient education to promote wellness and support disease management process.
  • Complete all other assigned projects and duties as assigned.
