As a Caregiver, the successful candidate is not required to be certified in the State of Iowa. You will interact with residents, medication managers, nursing staff and family members in this position.
As a Caregiver, you will assist residents with daily living activities with the goal of enhancing each resident’s quality of life. Administer medication reminders and/or medication after completing nurse delegation. Provide showering/bathing and personal hygiene assistance. Get the residents dressed and ready in the morning, evening, and/or as needed. Assists residents with ambulation. Observe and report changes in the residents condition to the Nurse Supervisor. Completes work, and care documentation with accuracy and within a specified time frame. Maintains current knowledge of all applicable resident care policies and procedures.

As a Speech Therapist, you are providing and directing Speech Language Pathology services to patients/residents. Including assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation. They function under the physician’s orders. They conduct screenings of patients at regular intervals to determine the need for intervention/treatment. Develops treatment plans by identifying a problem list, including long and short-term goals and methods to achieve identified goals. Monitors patients response to intervention and modifies treatment as indicated to attain goals in accordance within the physicians orders. Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.

Work Hours
We are seeking two full-time Cooks to join our team:
Cook (36 hours per week)
- Monday–Friday, 6:15 AM – 2:45 PM
- Includes every third weekend and holiday rotation
Line Cook (72 hours per biweekly pay period)
- Monday–Friday, scheduled between 5:00 AM and 7:30 PM
(shift times vary based on assignment as Morning Cook, Assistant Cook, or Evening Cook)

Job Summary
The Cook prepares food for the residents, patients, guests and employees.
