Job Description

The Sales Associate is responsible for performing general sales duties in their assigned department but also assisting in other areas of the store as needed. They display a helpful, friendly attitude towards all customers to make Theisen’s the Best of the Best in our industry. This involves greeting and assisting customers, helping them to determine correct merchandise for their needs and explaining benefits and features of merchandise. They may also perform general upkeep of the facility and may assist on cash registers.

Qualifications

  • 3-12 months retail experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s License with a clean driving record

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Approach customers storewide and ask if help is needed and take them to the location of merchandise 
  • Explain benefits and features of merchandise to customers and suggest add-on merchandise 
  • Maintain general knowledge of all products, may need to have expertise in specific product areas
  • Compute price quotes, order merchandise from order catalog, provide customers with business card with name and contact information, and follow up on customer special orders
  • Answer telephone and customer questions within established guidelines
  • Practice and maintain security measures
  • Communicate out-of-stocks using hot sheet/new item requests
  • Use radios to request additional help
  • Assist customers with check out and carryouts
  • Maintain accuracy of shelf tagging, arrange merchandise by shelf label, and set up merchandise displays
  • Receive merchandise shipments, and check them against receiving reports
  • Remove merchandise from packaging, match items with stock numbers, and price and tag merchandise 
  • Restock shelves and displays and assemble products as needed
  • Process Interstore transfers
  • Cleaning duties which include but aren’t limited to facing merchandise, dusting shelves/displays and merchandise, sweeping and vacuuming, cleaning windows, and emptying trash
  • Maintain cleanliness and merchandising that meets or exceeds the Theisen’s Brand requirements

Job Description

To receive on radio frequency monitors (RF) and stock or split out freight from UPS and other Freight lines. 

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED 
  • Experience: 3-12 months preferred

  • Receive Freight
  • Enter the P.O. number, or scan a UPC code to find the P.O.
  • Log the P.O. if not already logged
  • Scan item and enter quantity received
  • Pull items for split out And load and scan onto pallets items for stock need to be put on shelf and scanned to shelf
  • Scan ID on the pallets/shelves
  • If needed, place tickets on items that do not have UPC’s
  • Request price tickets per buyer instructions
  • Deliver items marked to attention of a buyer, advertising, etc.

  • Put direct billing stickers on with information completed
  • Complete direct bill packing list and turn into office
  • Pack cases on pallets
  • Build Pallets

  • Shrink wrap pallets tightly

  • Move pallets using electric or hand pallet jack to staging area

CRNA – Full Time

TITLE: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
DEPARTMENT: Anesthesia
POSITION STATUS/HOURS: Full-time position plus call (Scheduled cases run from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). Hours and schedule will vary based on surgical & procedure schedule.
Schedule:
• 12 days on/9 days off (off every 3rd week). Approximately 158 days off/year.
• Weekend and Holiday coverage follows the assigned first-call schedule.
Call Responsibilities:
• First Call: Covers OR cases; 30 minute response time after scheduled cases end. (roughly 121 days/year)
• Second Call: Assists in the OR until 3:00 p.m.. Remains available (within 30 minutes) until first call provider is done with cases. (roughly 86 days/year)
Response time for call is 30 minutes. Benefit eligible position.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for performing Anesthesia functions as required by GRHC guidelines for the Practice of Anesthesia. Services provided by GRHC CRNAs include surgical anesthetics, sedation for invasive or painful procedures, response to emergency situations, and provision of analgesic services as requested and appropriate. This will be through local, regional, and general anesthesia (blocks, spinals, epidurals, etc.). Providers must be able to plan for and demonstrate knowledge and competence as well as appropriate anesthesia services for all ages (newborn through geriatric) and physical classifications.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties would include, but not be limited to the following:
• Performs preanesthetic evaluations
• Confers with the surgeon about the anesthetic to be administered
• Assembles anesthesia equipment
• Delivers anesthesia according to accepted standards; remains knowledge of and in conformance with applicable rules, regulations, Joint Commission standards, and other government regulatory agency requirements
• Performs and documents orders and considerations specific by the surgeon
• Performs monitoring procedures pertinent to the anesthetic management of the patient and according to the type of anesthetic administered
• Transfers care and reports to the postoperative nurse
• Recognizes and takes appropriate corrective action for abnormal patient responses to anesthesia, adjunctive medication or other forms of therapy
• Maintains equipment and supplies
• Performs post-anesthetic evaluation
• Assists with strategic planning, budgeting, variance analysis and conformance as needed
• Attends mandatory in services and actively supports hospital safety, infection control, continuous performance improvement and risk management programs
• Recognizes patient/customer level of psychosocial development and modifies approach accordingly
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested within scope of practice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current RN License in the State of Wisconsin.
• Current Advance Practice Nurse Practitioner in the State of Wisconsin.
• Current DEA License.
• Credentialed by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)
• Current certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Preferred: two years of clinical experience as a nurse anesthetist.

Accounting Intern

As an Accounting Intern at Crescent Electric, you will facilitate vendor payments by corporate purchase card; reconcile corporate purchase credit card purchases/payments; reconcile fleet cards; assist in month end and year end reconciliations of various general ledger accounts; prepare audit work papers; and tax work papers.

Primary Duties:

  • Pay credit card invoices. Approve vendor invoices for payment. Assist with tax documentation and work papers.

  • Assist with monthly general ledger reconciliation of various accounts. Complete deposit portion of bank reconciliation.

  • Monitor Purchase Card outstanding payment authorizations and reconciliation.

  • Function as a liaison between branch personnel and vendors for credit card payments.

  • Assist employees with Fleet Card issues.

  • Prepare internal audit work papers.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a current student (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior) at a college or university institution.

  • Must have ability to work quickly and accurately under time constraints and against deadlines.

  • Must possess interpersonal and organizational skills, be a self-starter, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to communicate (verbal and written).

Physical Demands:

Financial Controller

The Financial Controller will play a crucial role in managing Tucker Freight Line's financial health by overseeing the accounting operations, implementing financial strategies, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring that the company complies with all regulatory laws and standards.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

·         Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.

·         Manage the financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, & expense control.

·         Ensure tax compliance and efficient tax planning.

·         Coordinate with external auditors and provide needed support for annual audits.

·         Analyze company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets.

·         Lead and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

·         Provide strategic financial analysis and guidance on growth, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement initiatives.

·         Administer office payroll on a weekly basis.

·         Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:
