Job Description

Receive and serve food and beverage orders from guests. May also be responsible for collecting payment and making change for guest checks.

  • Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
  • Receive and process food and beverage orders from guests utilizing a computerized guest check system.
  • Retrieves prepared orders from kitchen area and delivers to guests.
  • Carry and balance trays and/or push cart of food and beverages through kitchen and dining room (approximately 20 to 30 pounds).
  • Maintain cleanliness of all areas of the dining room.
  • Present check to guest. Collects payment and/or deliver to cashier.

Qualifications

  • One (1) year of food and beverage service experience required.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift.
  • Must be able to lift and carry trays weighing approximately 40 pounds. Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Utilize computer system for placing food and beverage orders and processing payments.
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Housekeeper

Work Hours

-We are seeking a full-time (40hr/ week) Housekeeper to work Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM. Position includes every fifth weekend and one holiday per year.

Job Summary

The Housekeeper performs duties necessary to provide a clean, sanitary, and aesthetically pleasing environment for facility customers under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  1. Performs daily cleaning procedures for areas that are scheduled/trained to work in. This includes mopping, vacuuming, dusting, washing windows, etc.
  2. Returns cleaning equipment to proper areas when done using.
  3. Replenishes inventory of supplies required for Departmental operation.
  4. Provides support for laundry services and other housekeeping team members.
  5. Attends staff meetings and in-service training sessions.
  6. Recognizes potential safety hazards and immediately reports hazards to supervisor.
  7. Monitors facility environmental conditions to ensure compliance with departmental standards.
  8. Prepares and mixes cleaning solutions.
  9. Collects and disposes of all types of waste in the manner specified in facility policy including transporting dirty linen and garbage to appropriate areas.
  10. Maintains a safe and clean environment and ensures that assigned work procedures are completed following established infection control and universal precautions practices.
  11. Monitors linen inventory and recommends purchase quantities.
  12. Monitors linen condition and evaluates for quality.
  13. Performs day to day laundry functions as assigned.
  14. Folds, weighs, stacks, hangs, and distributes clean linen to designated areas in sufficient quality and in accordance with established procedures.
  15. Safely lifts bags of laundry, trash or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  16. Stocks essential supplies (linens, paper products, etc.) to departments throughout the facility as required.
  17. Adheres to Southwest Health’ value-based behavior standards.
  18. Understands and adheres to Southwest Health compliance and HIPAA standards as they appear in the Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy.
  19. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

We are currently seeking a full-time Industrial Finish Supervisor in Dubuque, IA. As an experienced Industrial Finish Supervisor, you will oversee the entire finish process, from preparation to final coating application. Your primary goal will be to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency while adhering to established safety protocols. This role involves managing a team of painters and blasters, coordinating workflow, and troubleshooting issues to maintain productivity and quality standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing proactive leadership by setting a good example for others to follow in all areas including but not limited to UTF rules & regulations, manufacturing processes, quality, safety, production, and attendance.
  • Planning and establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, and coordinating activities within the department and with other supervisors to meet production targets.
  • Inspecting materials, products, and finished work to ensure they comply with project specifications and quality standards
  • Demonstrating proficiency in operating, troubleshooting, and performing routine checks of blasting, and paint application equipment.
  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring team members. This involves training new employees on equipment operation, proper techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors, managers, and direct reports.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve painting and blasting processes and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance and quality control, to resolve production issues
  • Conduct inspections and audits to identify defects and areas for process improvement
  • Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Prior supervisory experience required, 2-5 years preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Above average mechanical aptitude, problem solving, math, and blueprint skills.
  • Good knowledge of hand/power tools, overhead cranes, and forklifts.
  • Must fit through manways of tanks/vessels.
  • Experience with packaging and loading product for shipment.
  • The role may require the ability to operate heavy equipment, lift objects, climb ladders, and work in a full body suit.

  • Understanding of safety and environmental regulations related to paint operations

Job Summary

The massage therapist requires skills in assessing soft tissue and joint mobility and provision of manual techniques. The massage therapist reviews health history prior to treatment and ascertains precautions and contraindications to manual treatment prior to providing massage services. Observes and records reactions to manual techniques and modifies as indicated. Documents all sessions performed per established policy. The massage therapist is involved in marketing and program development and will work throughout the organization and in the community. Assists in the rehab department as needed.
