Job Summary
The Warehouse Maintenance Associate is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and functional warehouse environment. This role supports daily warehouse operations by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep of the facility, equipment, and grounds to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general building maintenance including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs
  • Maintain warehouse equipment such as dock doors, racking, conveyors, lighting, and basic material-handling equipment
  • Conduct preventative maintenance checks and report larger repair needs
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization, including floors, work areas, and outdoor grounds
  • Assist with seasonal maintenance tasks (snow removal, landscaping, heating/cooling prep)
  • Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines at all times
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from warehouse leadership
  • Work with outside vendors and contractors when necessary
  • Maintain tools, supplies, and maintenance logs

Qualifications
