About the Role:

Hills & Dales is seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide assessment and therapy for children and adults with speech, language, cognitive, social communication, and swallowing disorders.

  • Conduct evaluations and provide individualized therapy

Qualifications:

  • Master’s in Speech Language Pathology
  • SLP license required

Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepares and processes daily cash deposits to include initiating and processing ACH transactions.
  • Enters finalized cash receipts and updates accounts receivable by customer number and invoice.
  • Files and maintains copies of checks, remittances and bank receipts.
  • Applies payments to customer’s accounts as indicated.
  • Obtains and mails invoice copies for customers, as requested.
  • Obtains approval for credit requests. Authorizes and processes credits once approved.
  • Researches and processes customer claims of invoice payment.
  • Researches and processes charge backs, returns, and bad checks.
  • Answers accounts receivable phone inquiries and follows up.
  • Calls and/or emails correspondence to customers as necessary in order to update accounts.
  • Obtains required information when activating new customers.
  • Contacts customers to collect on past due accounts and application of funds
  • Recommends account holds for non-payment.
  • Backs up the order department taking customers orders as needed.
  • Assists with related special projects, as required.

 

Essential Skills and experience:

  • 1+ years experience in AR preferred
  • Proficiency in ten key calculator required, and typing preferred
  • Maintain working knowledge of Excel and other applications as needed for data entry
  • Skilled in performing work requiring attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively by phone and email
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong work ethic and detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task & coordinate multiple projects

At John Deere’s Construction & Forestry (C&F) division in Dubuque, IA our Electrical Engineer – Design and Product Verification & Validation (PV&V) will lead, plan, and develop verification plans for electrical components, sub-systems, & systems. You will execute test or analysis plans for product verification and validation.

• Support requirements development and design for electronic components and electrical systems
• Lead Electrical PV&V activities for construction machine platforms, ensuring electrical activities and plans are formulated and followed
