What You’ll Do:
  • Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to facilitate the timely movement of materials. Maintain clear and effective communication channels with team members. Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and vendors to schedule and track shipments and deliveries. Address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders professionally and promptly.
  • Administrative Duties: Record and maintain accurate inventory data, ensuring real-time tracking and inventory control. Assist with order processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in preparing shipments. Generate and maintain documentation such as shipping labels, packing lists, and receipts. Organize and maintain paperwork, files, and records related to warehouse operations.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or delivery delays. Assist in finding solutions to improve warehouse processes and productivity.
  • Material Movement and Equipment Operation: Safely operate heavy industrial equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors, as required, to facilitate the movement of materials as required. Ensure the proper handling, storage, and loading/unloading of products to prevent damage and maintain inventory accuracy. Assist in the organization of the warehouse layout to optimize the flow of materials and enhance overall efficiency.

Service Technician

As a Class A CDL Driver, you safely deliver shipments of totes, drums, and case goods and carefully pump the products from our tanks to the client. As you get to know our regular clients, you build a rapport and ensure all their needs are met.   • Reviews and analyzes complex medical information (i.e. attending physician statements, office notes, operative reports, etc.) to determine if the claimant is disabled as defined by the disability plan.
  • Oversees additional facets of complex claims including but not limited to comorbidities, concurrent plans, complex ADA accommodations, and claims outside of typical guidelines.
  • Utilizes the appropriate clinical resources in case assessment (i.e. duration guidelines, in-house clinicians), as needed.
  • Determines benefits due pursuant to a disability plan, makes timely claims payments/approvals and adjustments for workers compensation, Social Security Disability Income (SSDI), and other disability offsets.
  • Informs claimants of documentation required to process claims, required time frames, payment information and claims status by phone, written correspondence and/or claims system.

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one to two years’ food preparation experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Experience with standard kitchen equipment including steamers, steam table, robot coupe, ovens, dish machines, slicers, etc. required

Pricing Admin

Tucker Freight Lines Pricing Admin will play a key role in supporting the pricing and sales teams by providing data-driven insights and managing customer and pricing information throughout the RFP, contract, and sales lifecycle. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure accurate and efficient processes.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Incorporate reference pricing from DAT and TFL data sources into shipper RFPs to provide competitive and accurate pricing.
  • Assist with data management throughout the RFP process to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Organize shipper lane awards and input awarded lanes into electronic systems such as HubSpot, Freight Science, and TMW rating systems.
  • Reconcile customer billing rates and miles with auto-calculated rates/miles to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update customer and contact records in TMW and the CRM (HubSpot).
  • Curate, upload, and monitor customer scorecards in the CRM, providing actionable insights based on trends.
  •  Analyze customer data and scorecards to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct customer and contact research using tools like ZoomInfo to support sales and pricing initiatives.

Seasonal Operations

When the weather breaks, the clock starts. We need dependable seasonal Operation team members to help us manage inventory and logistics during our busiest window of the year (March – June). It’s fast-paced, high-impact work that keeps our local agriculture community moving forward.

Primary Objective:  To provide daily location operations support efficiently and safely. Maintain location equipment and facilities for the benefit of IAS and its member owners.

Major Accountabilities:

The following duties are typical for this job.  These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive.

  • Report to assigned workplace at the time specified; report late arrivals or absences to supervisor prior to start time
  • Operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities as assigned
  • Assist and follow preventative maintenance activities and record.
  • Assist with the distribution of farm supply products and grain when assigned
  • Maintain the cleanliness of shop and warehouse areas in which you are working
  • Participate in safety and job-related training programs provided by the company
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety and conduct
  • Create a positive, professional image to customers and the community
  • Maintain required licenses, physicals, etc., necessary to perform job requirements
  • Accept and carry out other assigned duties given by the location manager

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a minimum of a Class B CDL or a Seasonal Class B CDL. Class A with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
  • Displays initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments efficiently.
  • Ability to organize, deal with change effectively, and work on multiple tasks concurrently.

Physical Requirements/Environmental Adaptability:

  • Requires static strength to lift, push, pull, or carry objects with a minimum weight of 50 pounds.  Also flexibility to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs.   Also trunk strength and ability to use abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time.  Some tasks involve repetitive motion.
  • Agricultural Environment – Possible exposure to seasonal weather, outdoor conditions, and agriculture products.
  • Personal Protective Equipment may be required for some tasks.

Seasonal Tender & Semi CDL Drivers

  • Primary Responsibilities: Haul agronomy products from fertilizer plant to the farm in an efficient and safe way for the benefit of IAS and its member owners.

Seasonal Semi Driver

  • Primary Responsibilities: Provide safe and efficient transportation of commodities and farm supply products for the benefit of IAS and its member owners.

Additional requirements and timeline for both positions:

  • Class A CDL or Seasonal CDL required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply and be considered.
  • Completion of Drug Screen and Background Check prior to hire.
  • Season duration: March – June
  • Hours worked will fluctuate with seasonal demands.
