Location: Quad Cities

Position Type: Part-Time with rotating weekends and holidays

Wage: Starting at $17.75/hour

Differentials: Additional $3.00/hour on Saturdays and Sundays, Additional $2.00/hour for hours worked between 2PM-10PM

 

Part-Time Open Schedules:

1. 1st and 2nd split

  • Week 1: Sat, Sun 3PM-11PM
  • Week 2: Tue 7AM-3PM, Fri 3PM-11PM

2. 2nd shift

  • Week 1: Wed, Thur 2:30PM-7:30PM, Sat Sun 3PM-11PM
  • Week 2: Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri 2:30PM-7:30PM

3. 1st and 2nd split

  • Week 1: Sat, Sun 8AM-4PM
  • Week 2: Fri 2:30PM-8:30PM

4. SLEEP shift ($10/hour during 10PM-6AM)

  • Week 1: Mon 11PM-9:30AM, Sat & Sun 11PM-7AM

5. 1st shift

Responsibilities:

Provide support to adults with intellectual and physical disabilities.

Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation.

Encourage and support clients in community integration activities.

Document client progress and coordinate with team members to ensure effective support.

Ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients.

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Valid driver’s license

Ability to qualify as an approved driver.

The cook position partners with roles within the agency to bring quality food options for our residents with various dietary needs.

 

Responsibilities:

Dining Services Assistant:

  • Prepares meals and snacks according to menus, diet orders, and recipes.
  • Sets up, portions, and delivers food and beverages to designated areas.
  • Prepares and delivers water and formula feedings; ensures cleanliness and stock rotation.
  • Maintains inventory; stocks, rotates, and stores food and supplies properly.
  • Cleans kitchen and dining areas; washes dishes and disposes of waste appropriately

Environmental Services Assistant:

  • Cleans and sanitizes facilities, including floors, restrooms, and equipment.
  • Restocks supplies and handles laundry and trash removal.
  • Performs light maintenance and seasonal tasks (e.g., painting, snow shoveling).

Behavior Technician PART-TIME

Behavior Tech I

The Behavior Technician I is responsible for administering and implementing all applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs and services as directed by BCBA within the Hills & Dales Autism Services for clients with autism and autism spectrum disorders. The role requires collaborative working relationships with children, family/visitors, co-workers, physicians and their office staff, social services, dietary/nutrition, school system employees, vendors/volunteers, outside agencies, students, and all necessary departments in the performance of operations & responsibilities.

Position: Part-time

Schedule: Monday – Thursday 12:30PM-4:30PM, Friday 12:00PM-4:00PM

Wage: $20-21.25/hour

Training Wage: $18/hour

Requirements:

  1. Free from a conviction or prior employment history of child or resident abuse or dependent adult abuse.
  2. Behavior Tech I does not need degree but must pass certification.
  3. Ability to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within one year of hire by passing the certification exam offered by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  4. Prefer three months experience resulting in an established clinical background in the treatment of children with Autism or Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  5. Prefer knowledge in area of applied behavior analysis.
  6. Have a general working knowledge of computers and department specific software.

As a Behavior Technician I, you’ll work under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to:

Track and document client progress

Support clients in structured routines, play, and learning environments


What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
