Job Description

Serve food and beverages to banquet guests. Set up banquet functions by setting tables with linens, dishes, flatware, and glassware according to banquet order. Break down banquet functions by clearing tables and transporting used items to appropriate areas to be cleaned.

Job Functions

  • Set up banquet room in accordance with catering specification sheet; table linens, dishes, silverware, and glassware.
  • Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
  • Serve food and beverage items to guests using hand-held trays and/or buffet carts.
  • Prepare and set up condiments.

Assistant Professor of Construction Management

Position Summary:

The College of Business, Industry, Life Science and Agriculture at the University of Wisconsin–Platteville invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor of Construction Management position, with a start date of August 2026. The Applied Engineering Technology Management Department offers three primary areas of study: Engineering Technology Management, Construction Management, and Technical and Engineering Education.

Job Summary

Performs blood specimen collections via venipuncture and capillary punctures. Performs laboratory analysis in all clinical areas to assist the physician in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient. Provides paternity specimen collections, urine drug screen collections, urine toxicology, and breath-alcohol collections according to DOT guidelines. Performs quality control, equipment maintenance, proficiency testing and other tasks as assigned.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

  4. Collects drug screens, performs in-house drug testing, and breath alcohol testing per approved guidelines. Maintains current certification for urine, hair and alcohol collection and testing.
  5. Performs clerical duties to include: Ensuring patients are properly registered, scanning reports into the patient’s chart, filing reports, answering phone calls to assist patients, nurses and physicians, reconciliation of billing, faxing results, preparing specimens to be sent out to reference laboratories, word processing and stocking supplies.
  6. Performs proficiency testing-obtaining acceptable results.
  7. Attends mandatory meetings and in-services.
  8. Adheres to Southwest Health’s value-based behavior standards.
  9. Understands and adheres to Southwest Health compliance and HIPAA standards as they appear in the Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy.
