SUMMARY OF DUTIES

  • Assesses patient and determines treatment plan using approved evaluation documents
  • Prepares necessary documentation including evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes and logs in timely manner according to regulations
  • Collaborates with other members of the rehabilitation team.
  • Trains individuals in skills and techniques required for participation in ADL and IADL
  • Maintains positive relationships with the health care team, patient and family
  • This position will primarily provide services to pediatric patients with occasional opportunity for adult care.
  • Supervise the COTA’ and students in accordance with state regulations

Qualifications

Assistant Manager
Location: Cascade, Iowa
Salary: $40K+/Year, Direct Hire
Schedule: Rotating day and night shifts, including weekends.

Job Summary:
The assistant manager will support the store manager in overseeing daily retail operations including customer service, staff supervision, inventory management, and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The selected candidate will be hired directly by the company and be eligible for their benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the store manager with supervising daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient store performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure all team members uphold company standards.
  • Support training and coaching of team members, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated.
