Responsibilities
- Provide and participate in project team coordination and communication from concept through construction, specifications, and material selections.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of professional experience on projects with increasing responsibilities.
- Licensed Architect in Iowa, Wisconsin, and/or Illinois.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques.
- Experience in construction document preparation and field observation for commercial projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Capacity to manage a variety of commercial project types in various stages of development concurrently.
- Have the ability to translate design concepts into the development of constructable details.
