Job Description

  • Responsible for providing for the safety and security of guests, employees, and property and company assets.

Qualifications

Operations/Service Support

Primary Objective: To provide customer service and location operation functions at the location level for the benefit of IAS and its member owners.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, orientation, and supervising location employees.
  • Lead efficient plant and personnel supervision in the absence of the Location Manager.

• Accurately perform diagnostic exams of patient as requested by provider using proper MA, KV, Time and Distance parameters.

Summary: The packaging line worker position requires standing for the duration of the shift in a fast-paced packaging environment. Responsibilities include working on bulk, bag, and/or pillow pack packaging lines, guiding products through equipment, placing them into appropriate packaging materials, and palletizing finished goods. Technicians are cross-trained and rotated through various roles along the packaging line to support overall production efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring bulk packaging equipment to ensure proper filling and weights are being maintained for tote boxes and super sacks. 
  • Filling poly bags or paper bags to appropriate weights, ensuring a proper seal is achieved, and stacking onto a pallet
  • Working on pillow packaging line by transferring cereal bags from conveyor belt into the corresponding case used for packaging, making sure the proper number of bags are in the case
  • Make sure that no rejected or lightweight cereal bags are packed. Inspect that the correct code date is being used on the bag is correct and all bags have a good seal
  • Ensure that every cereal bag is properly patted down and properly placed in its case. Filling boxes into case erector when running low. 
  • Must be able to write the qty down on production paperwork and place the label on the finished pallet
  • Be able to add tape to tape machine
  • Bring in pallets and inspect them to ensure quality is what we want
  • Keep all work areas neat and organized and sweep areas to keep them clean
  • Performs other duties assigned by Operator or lead personnel

 Required Skills Include:
  • Ability to identify and correct code dates, identify bad boxes and properly seal cereal bags
  • Use a pallet jack to move heavy pallets throughout the area
  • Stand for the entire shift excluding breaks and lunch.

  • Applies product development experience within EdTech environments, contributing to learner-centered and educator-focused solutions.

  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of software usability principles and current interface design trends and best practices.

  • Leads and coordinates design efforts across multiple products to deliver cohesive, centralized user experiences.

  • Produces low- and high-fidelity journey maps, workflows, sketches, wireframes, and detailed design documentation to support discovery and delivery phases.

  • Communicates effectively using strong presentation, analytical, and storytelling skills to align stakeholders around design decisions.

  • Utilizes advanced UX wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Proto.io, and Miro, with working knowledge of front-end frameworks including Bootstrap and React, as well as basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Applies deep understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility guidelines to create inclusive digital experiences.

  • Delivers measurable value to target audiences while working within Agile development environments.

  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills, effectively managing multiple concurrent projects with limited supervision.

  • Communicates design rationale clearly and professionally through excellent verbal and written communication skills, confidently presenting and defending design decisions to diverse audiences.

The pay range for this position is between $108,180- $140,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
