Plant Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting packaging equipment in conformance to specifications, safety, sanitation, and quality requirements.

Requirements for the position include:

  • Plant maintenance experience or equivalent technical training.

Semi route delivery driver (Rock Island, IL) home every night

Prairie Farms Dairy in Dubuque, Iowa is seeking semi delivery drivers. The successful candidate will conduct a pre-trip inspection of semi-truck/trailer combination. This position is domiciled out of Rock Island, IL

Hours: Scheduled hours are defined and follow a consistent schedule that may include weekend and/or holidays.

Deliveries may include boxes, cases or 80-gallon carts. Dock or hoist deliveries will depend on the route. Our drivers are home every night!

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver product to required destinations using prescribed company and DOT procedures.
  • Complete all paperwork and return at the end of the route.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor will be required.

Qualifications:

  • MUST have a valid Class A CDL clean driving record and current DOT medical certificate.
  • Accurate math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division are needed to check, count and record product route reports.
  • Public interaction and reasonable physical stamina is required.

Service Coordinator (Dispatcher)

Managed Solutions Group has an opening for a Full-time Technical Services Coordinator. The Technical Services Coordinator will work cooperatively with the service staff and other members of the team assisting with the delivery of technology-based services and solutions for new and existing customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process customer service requests as they arrive through email or direct customer input
  • Coordination of IT support groups scheduling service incidents in call tracking system
  • Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry on service requests and review and correct work orders for accurate accounting of inventory and technician labor hours
  • Work with coworkers to monitor and manage the just-in-time parts and supplies procurement and distribution and manages onsite inventory of key parts and consumable items.
  • Schedule and track preventive maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate and track contracts and schedule service requests with third party vendors
  • Communication with customers keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or delays
  • Analyze data to ensure that performance standards are maintained and customer requirements are consistently met

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous administrative experience is preferred, ideally in a professional business or operations support environment.

  • We are willing to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the role.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Requires strong computer skills including knowledge of web-based software platform, networks and MS Office Suite to include proficiency in spreadsheet software and word processing.

Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The Medical Assistant will assist in the delivery of primary health care services and client care management in a fast-paced office setting. Under the supervision of the medical provider, participates in providing health promotion, health maintenance and illness management.

Working under the direct supervision of the Care Team RN, you will need to be able to prepare patients for the provider’s office visit, greet and escort patients to the exam room. You’ll do typical MA duties such as obtaining vitals, updating medical histories, and documenting in the electronic medical record. One of the things you’ll need to do is ensure you can respond to any urgent or emergent needs of the patient. You’ll also do injections as ordered, complete lab orders and arrange any imaging as needed. Basically, you are there to help the provider give the best care to our patients!

Successful applicants will be graduates from an accredited Medical Assistant program and a plus would be possessing a Medical Assistant certification. You’ll also need to complete credentialing and privileging requirements as necessary. You must have at least one year of experience. You will also need to have experience with electronic medical records.

Completion of a pre-employment physical, TB test and drug screen is required.

The pay range for this position is between $71,300-$114,000 annually.
