What You’ll Do
- Process incoming applications from multiple channels (email, website, mail, etc.)
- Interact daily with prospective employees by phone, ensuring professionalism and a positive candidate experience
- Utilize strong knowledge of hiring procedures, policies, and current recruiting incentives
- Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and provide applicant updates
- Work closely with the Recruiting Manager on timely follow-ups and priority tasks
- Conduct confidential verification of applicant information, including MVRs and reference checks
- Assist with job ad placement and ensure management approval
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other recruiting data
- Bring fresh ideas to improve recruiting processes and support team goals
- Support corporate and terminal leadership with a cooperative, positive approach
- Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and protocol
- Provide onsite support and assist with additional duties as assigned

Primary Objective: Responsible for the development, coaching, accountability, and performance of all salespeople in the assigned market. Recruits and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth consistent with the company vision and mission. - Assist in the implementation of feed mill processes and quality control measures.

- Assist with feed deliveries as needed.
