The Information Technology department at Hospice of Dubuque uses industry-standard IT hardware and software with a heavy emphasis on Cybersecurity. As a healthcare provider, adherence to HIPAA safeguards is essential. Hospice of Dubuque implements that within a Microsoft 365 ecosystem as well as On-Premise Windows servers.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with the administration of all aspects of Microsoft 365, particularly Microsoft Teams within both Windows 11 and a Mobile environment particularly the iPhone. Additionally, a strong background in Windows Server management using Server 2022 and higher versions is required. Some experience with Microsoft Voice (their cloud-based phone system) would be preferred but not required. Some of the technologies a candidate should be proficient in or at least familiar with include: Cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 (Administration, Office Apps and Intune), VMWare/Prox Mox, Firewalls, VPN, Mobile Device Management, Veeam backup, Windows 10/11.

 

Please note that the individual in this role functions as the sole IT professional for the organization, with limited contracted external support.

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree, with completion of relevant information technology coursework

  • Maintains strict confidentiality regarding all records and client information.

  • Hydrostatically test vessels and tanks as required.
  • Package and load product for shipment.
  • Install internal and external components.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic crane operation and material handling (material handling).
  • Must have excellent communication skills and the willingness to work with others in a team environment.
  • Exceptional listening skills and able to take direction well from others.
  • Read tape measure to 1/16″.
  • Basic hand tool knowledge.
  • Climb ladders, wear a respirator and fit through manways as required.
  • Willingness to fill in wherever necessary which includes occasionally working different shifts.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Solar Panel Installer to join our renewable energy team. The installer will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining photovoltaic (PV) systems on roofs or other structures in compliance with site assessment and schematics. This position plays a key role in helping customers reduce their carbon footprint and energy costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install solar panels and support structures in residential and commercial environments
  • Interpret and follow design blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings
  • Ensure the systems meet industry standards and building codes
  • Perform electrical wiring and connect solar panels to the electrical grid or battery systems

  • 8+ years of data engineering experience using Informatica/IICS, Oracle DB, Oracle packages, AWS data services such as Athena with Iceberg, Lambda, EMR, Glue, and platforms like Databricks.
  • Expertise in data warehousing, modern data lake architectures, and large-scale data engineering practices.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, Java, or Node, along with at least 1 year of Unix shell scripting.
  • 5+ years working with cloud environments including OCI, AWS, or Azure with a focus on data technologies.
  • Experience working with financial datasets such as sales, revenue, COGS, and manufacturing, and familiarity with Tableau or Alteryx.
  • Preferred experience in the publishing or education domain and with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
