We are looking for a Solution Developer, CTE to support the U.S. School Group (K-12) on specific product and project requests and requirements for use in our new Career Education (CTE) Programs. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to help design and implement new courses and experiences.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. This is a Project Status Worker (PSW) role with an end date of 12/31/26 with the opportunity for renewal.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting product development (print, digital, audio, video, eLearning, learning objects, etc.) in alignment and within the parameters of customer, market and/or product requirements and specifications.
  • Working closely with vendors on digital solutions and support platform-specific requests.
  • Researching detailed concepts, guidelines, and processes as relevant for international programs in accordance with and needs/requests.
  • Participating in project intake and management using Smartsheet.
  • Tracking and following approved workflows at all stages and communicating intermediate and final schedules with Product Manager.
  • Collaborating on cross-functional teams to ensure that market requirements, product requirements, project schedules, project budgets, and product objectives are met.
  • Conducting quality assurance testing of digital assets within a variety of authoring tools, digital platforms, and applications.
  • Working closely with Production, Product, and other teams to ensure that customer and/or market requirements, project schedules, and goals are met.
  • Working closely with Contracts Management, Content Licensing, and other product teams.

What we are looking someone with:

  • 3-5 years of experience with print and/or digital production development.
  • Experience with content authoring systems, learning management systems, project management tracking software, and other learning development tools is welcome.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, teaching experience in all levels, project management, instructional technology, instructional design, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • The ability to manage and deliver multiple projects to deadline and budget simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong verbal and writing and presentation proficiency. Candidates can visualize, describe, and model product solutions for a variety of customers, both internal and external.
  • Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with an attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborative, experienced team player with problem-solving skills who is dedicated to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Diverse computer skills, expert-level in MS Excel and Word, some knowledge of multimedia tools, XML, HTML and content management tools.

The pay range for this position is between $55,000 – $70,000 annually. What You’ll Do
  • Material Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick items from the warehouse based on order requirements. Verify order details, including quantities and specifications. Pack orders securely and accurately, ensuring that products are well-protected for shipping. Organize shipments by priority and apply appropriate labeling. Collaborate with departments to ensure proper documentation and timely deliveries.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by documenting material movements and updating the inventory management system. Assist in counting, organizing, and categorizing inventory to optimize storage space.
  • Material Handling: Receive and verify incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and reporting discrepancies. Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks, ensuring proper stacking and storage of products. Qualifications

Knowledge: College or technical education in a related field or equivalent experience with knowledge/training in marketing, communications, or related fields. Minimum of two (2) years or more of sales experience in publishing or related fields, including knowledge of sales techniques. One (1) year of computer experience. Knowledge of the Internet, social media, and email marketing campaign creation, communication, and navigational tools

Skills:   A high level of “people skills” is essential. Skills in goal setting and planning, decision-making, and problem-solving in situations that require prompt, accurate decisions even under pressure are also essential. ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

 Operator is responsible for storing and retrieving goods in the storage area of the workplace. Rotates stock so oldest materials are used first. Notes and reports any damaged cartons, crates or containers. Records items added or removed from inventory.

 Stores product by using an industrial forklift and uses a hand held scan gun/RFGEN for lot tracking to maintain accurate inventory. Working from written or verbal instructions by operating a forklift to pick up, move, load and unload product on, or from trailers while meeting department, facility, company, and regulatory guidelines.

 Performs minor service of equipment and completes written daily safety inspections. Identifies and reports noted problems to supervisor for further inspection and repair.

 Responsible for changing fuel bottles, refueling forklift or troubleshooting repairs as needed.

 Maintains the work area, dock and equipment in a clean and orderly condition, adheres to storage design principles, and recommends improvement.

 Creates product labels for inventory purposes. Reads and understands lot numbers, expiration dates, ingredient lists, and production schedules. Completes various reports daily and enters required information into computer program efficiently and timely.

 Responsible for using basic tools such as wrenches, tape measures, scales, air and water hoses. Consolidates partial pallets as directed by productions supervisor.

 Operator must be able to maneuver forklift in tight spaces, while maintaining a safe work zone for other drivers and team members.

Line Unloader – Day Shift

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Verifies that the machine is setup properly. Reviews production schedule.

Brings full retort basket into the Unloader for unloading.

View finished product, checking for image, odor, color, chunks. Checks to see if it looks good and if it is sticking to the can. Pulls sample product for the lab and supervisors. Identify any hold tags and any change-overs.

Watches for product defects such as dented or leaking product; pull defected product out of the system at the unloader. Looks for product with no codes or illegible codes.

Communicates with the Retort Operator, Tray Packers and supervisors. Ensures baskets cycle to the loader.

Verify that all suction cups are in good operating condition.

Perform weekly sanitation.
