BEAM MACHINE OPERATOR 3 1ST SHIFT

A person in the position usually reports to an area supervisor, who reports to the Manufacturing ClearSpan Manager or Weld Manager. A Machine Operator 3 is responsible for planning and producing a variety of machines parts or components and the operations of those machines with minimal supervision to meet ship dates. This person will pick programs on the machines to produce simple parts meeting print specification. This is safety sensitive position because this individual could be operating forklifts or combi’s, operating CNC machines, jigs, fixtures, tube benders, drill presses, saws, punch press, grinders, belt sanders, robotic welders, shears, milling machines and several other power and hand tools. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet all of the criteria as a Machine Operator 1 and 2.
  • Produce machined and constructed items by programming, setting and operating a computer numerically controlled machine.
  • Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, locations of surfaces and machining parameters.  Must have an understanding of principals of tolerances.
  • Produce machined parts by programming, setting up and operating CNC machines maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Ability to make slight modifications to the programs for at least one of the machines.
  • Keep accurate records in E10 and other areas.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Move material from storage locations to/from cleaning or painting stations for cleaning or other production operations.
  • Clean items according to specific part requirements. This includes removal of oil, grease welding impurities, slag, etc. to allow paint to adhere sufficiently. Move completed items from the carousel line or paint booth to storage locations as necessary.
  • Paint items according to specific part requirements. Move items to/from the paint location, then touchup if necessary.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

  • Connects cables from welding unit to obtain amperage, voltage, slope, and pulse, as specified by Welding Engineer or Welding Technician.
  • Starts power supply to produce electric current.
  • Strikes (forms) arc which generates heat to melt and deposit metal from electrode to workpiece and join edges of workpiece.
  • Manually guides electrode or gun along weld line, maintaining length of arc and speed of movement to form specified depth of fusion and bead, as judged from color of metal, sound of weld, and size of molten puddle.
  • Welds in flat, horizontal or vertical positions.
  • Examines weld for bead size and other specifications.
  • Applies filler rod manually to supply weld metal.
  • Cleans or degreases weld joint or workpiece.
  • Repairs broken or cracked parts and fills holes.
  • Prepares broken parts for welding by grooving or scarring surfaces.
  • Chips off excess weld, slag, and splatter.
  • Preheats workpiece with hand torch or heating furnace.
  • Positions and clamps workpieces together or assembles them in jig or fixture.
  • Tacks assemblies together.

Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor – IOP

 

Responsibilities

 

The Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) – IOP will provide direct clinical services to individuals enrolled in the Intensive Outpatient Program. This role is responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, facilitating group and individual counseling sessions and monitoring client progress. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address clients’ physical, psychological, and social needs, with the goal of promoting successful recovery.   Additional responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client’s substance use history, mental health status and treatment needs utilizing ASAM Placement Criteria.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the client and interdisciplinary team.
  • Provide clinical services in accordance with the Intensive Outpatient Program schedule, typically including multiple group sessions per week.
  • Facilitate structured IOP group therapy sessions using approved curriculum and evidence-based approaches.
  • Provide individual and family counseling as needed.
  • Monitor and document client programs, attendance, and participation in accordance with program standards and licensing requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, ASAM and compliance documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Coordinate care with external providers, case managers, probation/parole officers, and other relevant parties.
  • Make referrals as needed for mental health concerns and medication assisted treatment.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, case conferences, and training.
  • Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and all legal and ethical standards.
  • Assist with crisis intervention and provide referrals for higher levels of care when necessary.
  • Support clients in developing recovery plans.
  • Support program development and outcome monitoring as requested by leadership.
  • Facilitate the 12-Hour Drinking Driving Course either in person, remotely, including day, evening and weekend hours.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

 

Requirements

 

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree highly preferred in a relevant area of study such as Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Human Services, or Criminal Justice is preferred. 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience facilitating group therapy in an IOP or similar level of care required.
  • Experience with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)s systems and proficiency in computer applications.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Knowledge of ASAM criteria and DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for substance use disorders.
  • Knowledge of addiction treatment principles, evidenced-based practices, and ethical guidelines.
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Licenses/Certifications:

Job Description

The E-Commerce Customer Service Team Lead plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional online customer experience by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce Customer Service team. This position focuses on maintaining high service standards, resolving escalated customer issues, coaching team members, and ensuring accurate and timely order management.

In addition to directly handling customer inquiries and complex service requests, this role leads the team in delivering consistent, empathetic, and solution-oriented support. The Team Lead partners closely with fulfillment, marketing, and the eCommerce Manager to ensure smooth order flow, accurate product information, and responsive customer communication throughout the eCommerce journey.

Qualifications

The Sales Associate is responsible for performing general sales duties in their assigned department but also assisting in other areas of the store as needed. They display a helpful, friendly attitude towards all customers to make Theisen’s the Best of the Best in our industry. This involves greeting and assisting customers, helping them to determine correct merchandise for their needs and explaining benefits and features of merchandise. They may also perform general upkeep of the facility and may assist on cash registers.

Qualifications

  • 3-12 months retail experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s License with a clean driving record

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Approach customers storewide and ask if help is needed and take them to the location of merchandise 
  • Explain benefits and features of merchandise to customers and suggest add-on merchandise 
  • Maintain general knowledge of all products, may need to have expertise in specific product areas
  • Compute price quotes, order merchandise from order catalog, provide customers with business card with name and contact information, and follow up on customer special orders
  • Answer telephone and customer questions within established guidelines
  • Practice and maintain security measures
  • Communicate out-of-stocks using hot sheet/new item requests
  • Use radios to request additional help
  • Assist customers with check out and carryouts
  • Maintain accuracy of shelf tagging, arrange merchandise by shelf label, and set up merchandise displays
  • Receive merchandise shipments, and check them against receiving reports
  • Remove merchandise from packaging, match items with stock numbers, and price and tag merchandise 
  • Restock shelves and displays and assemble products as needed
  • Process Interstore transfers
  • Cleaning duties which include but aren’t limited to facing merchandise, dusting shelves/displays and merchandise, sweeping and vacuuming, cleaning windows, and emptying trash
  • Maintain cleanliness and merchandising that meets or exceeds the Theisen’s Brand requirements
  • Other tasks as requested by management may include but are not limited to: checking desk/mail box, preparing and participating in physical inventory, unloading warehouse delivery trucks, delivering merchandise to customers, and running cash registers
