Job Summary:
 We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the building industry. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with architects, contractors, and customers to drive sales growth. The position requires approximately 10% travel to meet with clients, attend project meetings, and support business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and end customers 
  • Identify new business opportunities within the building and construction market 
  • Promote and sell company products and solutions to meet customer needs 
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with architects and customers to specify products and close sales 
  • Provide product knowledge, technical information, and support to clients

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with architects, contractors, or construction professionals is highly desirable

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and versatile Material Handler / CDL B Shuttle Driver to support both warehouse operations and inter-facility transportation. This position is essential to maintaining efficient material flow, supporting production, and ensuring timely delivery of goods between plants and local vendors. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment physically moving products for an entire shift.


Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling & Warehouse Operations
  • Follow all safety protocols, GMPs, and company procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
  • Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices are followed
  • Transport raw materials from storage areas to production lines
  • Stage and prepare materials for production schedules and upcoming orders
  • Accurately track inventory, including finished goods and raw materials
  • Restock packaging supplies (boxes, film, trays) as needed
  • Move finished goods to storage or staging areas for shipment
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Support production or shipping/receiving teams when needed
CDL B Shuttle Driving & Distribution
  • Safely operate a company truck to transport materials between facilities
  • Pick up and deliver materials to local vendors as required
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and placement of materials
  • Complete all required paperwork and system entries accurately and on time
  • Maintain proper labeling and tracking of all materials and skids
  • Monitor and record product temperatures, reporting any issues
  • Perform routine vehicle and equipment inspections (oil, cleanliness, etc.)
  • Communicate effectively with production, shipping, and receiving teams
  • Reconcile material inputs and outputs to minimize discrepancies
  • Cross-train in other Shipping & Receiving functions
  • Assist with general facility upkeep, including dock and cooler cleaning
  • Prepare for incoming shipments to streamline receiving processes

Qualifications:
  • Valid CDL Class B license and current DOT medical card required
  • 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse, production, or material handling preferred
  • 2-3+ year of forklift experience required (certification a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Basic computer, math, and data entry skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to read and interpret production documents (shop orders, labels, etc.)
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more and remain on your feet for extended periods

As a Class A CDL Driver, you safely deliver shipments of totes, drums, and case goods and carefully pump the products from our tanks to the client. Safety is your top priority as you drive to your destination and complete all pre- and post-inspections. As you get to know our regular clients, you build a rapport and ensure all their needs are met. The Fabrication Utility in the Laser Bed area is responsible for removing sharp edges, burrs, and excess material from metal parts to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely lift and carry parts to your workstation, operate a hoist when necessary
  • Use a mallet, hammer, or chisel to free parts from the sheet metal
  • Inspect metal parts for burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized deburring equipment to smooth edges and surfaces
  • Ensure all parts meet quality control specifications and tolerances
  • Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or technical drawings
  • Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet production deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including taking cardboard to the assigned disposal area

Qualifications:

Job Summary:

The Fabrication Utility is responsible for working across multiple areas in our Fabrication Department. The ideal candidate will have a versatile skill set, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to various roles as needed. The role involves supporting various teams in ensuring smooth operations and assisting with tasks as required across different areas of Fabrication such as Laser area, Deburring area, and Machining Center.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in a variety of tasks across different areas
  • Interpret assembly instructions to assemble products
  • Safely operate hand and power tools
  • Inspect finished product for quality in adherence to specifications
  • Provide backup support for team members when necessary, ensuring minimal disruption in workflows
  • Conduct visual inspections of parts and completed products for defects or damage
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other machining equipment as required
  • Work with a team of utility and operators to meet fabrication goals and deadlines
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any product-related issues
  • Comply with all company policies and industry regulations
  • Additional duties as assigned
