PRIMARY PURPOSE:  To process claims and determine accommodation options following written guidelines and procedures pursuant to ADA, state and/or client requirements; to make timely referrals for appropriate disability and federal/state leave of absence eligibility review; and to ensure the ongoing processing of claims.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Informs claimants of documentation required to process claims, required time frames, and claims status either by phone, written correspondence and/or claims system.
  • Reviews medical information to determine if the claimant meets the requirements under ADA, state, and/or client requirements for a qualifying condition.
  • Makes claim determinations to approve non-complex ADA claims or makes a recommendation to team lead to deny claims based on the ADA, state, and/or client requirements.  Processes ADA claims ensuring compliance with duration control guidelines, ADA and state regulations, and/or client-specific process provisions.
  • Determines accommodation options; makes timely claims referrals for appropriate disability or federal/state leave of absence eligibility reviews where applicable.
  • Conducts initial employee interview per process guidelines.
  • Utilizes the appropriate clinical and vocational resources in case assessment (i.e. duration guidelines, in-house clinicians, ADA job accommodation specialists). 
  • Refers cases as appropriate to team lead.
  • Maintains professional client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience

Two (2) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.  One (1) year of benefits or claims management experience preferred.

Description:

Providing care for newborns admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, including assessments, monitoring and administration of medication(s). Will be cross trained to care for postpartum moms and newborns, as well as care for patients in the Pediatric department.

Assigned to work every third weekend and holiday, this position is a night position that primarily will work 1800-0630. Will work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists and laboratory personnel to fulfill patient’s plan of care. Must be willing to become certified in NRP in the first six months  and PALS in the first year, in addition to Mandatory Reporter and BLS.

Position Overview:

The Mail Order Pharmacy Technician works under the direct supervision of the Pharmacy Technician Supervisor. The Mail Order Pharmacy Technician will perform technical related functions in supporting the daily operations of MedOne Pharmacy Services.

  • Requires a bachelor’s or associate degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • One to two years’ experience in a clinic or hospital setting preferred
  • Must have current and valid Registered Nurse License from the State of Wisconsin

We are hiring an Operations & Inventory Supervisor to manage our receiving and warehouse/back-end staff. This role is not sales-related — it focuses on inventory accuracy, pricing, deliveries, and process automation.

The Supervisor ensures every product is priced correctly, entered into Shopify accurately, tested, cleaned, and ready for the sales floor or delivery. They will oversee back-end staff, monitor digital checklists, and make sure our paper-free workflow (Shopify, JotForm, Zapier) is followed.

This person reports directly to the General Manager (Todd Fay) and the Owner (Stu Surface).


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise receiving and warehouse/back-end employees.
  • Ensure accurate Shopify product entry (pricing, SKU, condition, photos).
  • Double-check pricing against cost, MSRP, and store standards before release.
  • Oversee deliveries: verify delivery forms, prep items, and confirm customer sign-offs.
  • Monitor and enforce use of digital checklists/forms (JotForm, Shopify, Zapier).
  • Ensure warehouse processes are followed: intake, testing, cleaning, staging.

  • Attention to detail (able to spot pricing/data errors before they hit the floor).
  • Leadership skills with ability to supervise and enforce accountability.
  • Reliable, organized, proactive communicator.

Schedule

  • Full-time, on-site role.
  • Monday–Saturday operations (rotating schedule; Sundays off unless special projects).
