This role collaborates closely with Channel Sales Managers to maintain effective customer relationships and uphold service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls from dealers and distributors across different market divisions
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely entry and follow-up
  • Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers, facilitating upselling opportunities where appropriate
  • Monitor and track orders throughout the fulfillment process, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery

Graduate Assistant in the Wendt Center for Character Education

Graduate Assistant – Softball Coach

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze performance and instruct athletes in softball mechanics, pitching and strategies in preparation for and during athletic competitions
  • Assist the head coach in the coordination of program management including but not limited to, travel plans, laundry, equipment inventory, social media and campus visits
  • Assist program with all phases of competitive recruiting in compliance with NCAA and A-R-C rules

Requirements:

The Office of Advancement and Alumni Engagement serves as the primary connection between the University of Dubuque and its alumni and friends. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience with a primary focus on alumni engagement (approximately 75%), while also supporting key advancement initiatives (approximately 25%).

Primary Responsibilities:

Alumni Engagement (75%)

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing on- and off-campus alumni events (e.g., Homecoming, regional events, Grad Fest, alumni gatherings)

This position allows for candidates to earn hands-on experience in all areas of athletic communications. The candidate will work with the Sports Information Director to promote the brand of the University of Dubuque Athletic department with 23 varsity athletics programs and over 600 student-athletes in accordance with university and NCAA Division III philosophies while being enrolled in a fulltime master’s degree program.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Help maintain a current presence for the University of Dubuque Success NIL Exchange
  • Assist with new releases; event recaps, feature stories and related content
  • Develop, monitor and maintain consistent social media presence
  • Maintain team information and content on websites and physical archives
  • Assist in the coordination of all home athletic events

Position Summary:

The University of Wisconsin-Platteville is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Assistant Coach to join our Athletics and Recreation department in supporting the success of our 16 NCAA Division III intercollegiate sport programs. This is a 10-month, benefit-eligible position with a salary of $33,846 (equivalent to $40,000 annually for a full-time, 12-month appointment). The anticipated start date is August 3, 2026.
 

The Assistant Coach plays a key role in developing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for assigned teams. This position provides expert instruction and guidance to help student-athletes reach their full potential, while promoting health, safety, and a positive overall experience. The Assistant Coach contributes to a culture of excellence and compliance, helping to field competitive teams and foster personal growth.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, conduct, and evaluate effective strength and conditioning programs as assigned, in coordination with sport coaches and the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach during the regular academic year. Sport assignments will be determined in partnership with the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach.

  • Plan, create, and enhance summer strength and conditioning programs for current student-athletes, in coordination with sport coaches and the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. This includes developing a general physical preparation program for incoming student-athletes (freshmen and transfers).

  • Teach, model, and reinforce proper, safe, and effective strength and conditioning methods and movements for student-athletes and coaches during the regular academic year.

  • Complete the continuing education requirements necessary to maintain Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

  • Actively participate in the Sports Medicine and Sports Performance Learning Laboratory professional development series.

  • Support the overall sport performance and wellness needs of student-athletes, including NCAA-approved nutritional support, and promote participation in the Pioneer Leadership Institute holistic development program.

  • Participate in division-wide meetings and contribute to departmental initiatives.

  • Assist with departmental needs and perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics and Recreation Compliance.

  • Maintain knowledge of and strict adherence to all applicable NCAA and Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) rules, policies, and procedures, both general and program-specific, as a condition of employment.

  • Enter and maintain accurate data tracking individual and team workouts in the designated system.

  • Serve as a point of contact and liaison to sport coaches, medical staff, and student-athletes to monitor physical health and improve athletic performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

  • Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours as needed.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with student-athletes, coaches, and staff.
